This Use Policy defines what is and is not allowed when using the Renti Platform. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Violating this Policy may result in restriction or termination of access to the Platform.
1. General principles
By using the Platform, you agree to act in good faith, comply with the law of Georgia, and not infringe the rights of other users or third parties.
2. Prohibited content
- false, misleading, or fraudulent listings;
- properties you are not entitled to rent or sell, and non-existent properties;
- content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties;
- offensive or discriminatory material, including listings with unlawful restrictions based on protected characteristics;
- any illegal content and offers of illegal services.
3. Prohibited actions
- Bypassing the Platform (disintermediation). Using contacts and requests obtained through the Platform to conclude transactions outside of Renti in violation of applicable rules, and encouraging other users to do so.
- Automated data collection. Scraping, crawling, or bulk copying of listings, images, and other data without our written permission.
- Spam and unsolicited messages. Mass mailings, intrusive advertising, phishing.
- Fraud and abuse. Impersonation, creation of fake accounts, manipulation of requests and reviews.
- Security threats. Uploading malicious code, unauthorized-access attempts, circumventing technical restrictions, load attacks, disrupting the Platform.
- Privacy violations. Collecting and distributing other users’ personal data without a lawful basis.
4. Reporting violations
If you encounter a listing or behavior that violates this Policy, report it to privacy@renti.re. We will review the report and take the necessary measures.
5. Consequences of violations
In case of a breach of this Policy, Renti may, without prior notice, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate access to an account, and provide information to authorities where required by law. Renti reserves the right to protect its legitimate interests by all available means.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date.
