These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Renti platform (renti.re and related services). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About the service
Renti is a platform that connects tenants and buyers of real estate with owners and partner brokers in Georgia (primarily Tbilisi and Batumi). Renti provides an information and technology service: listing, search, messaging, and arranging viewings. Renti is not a party to rental or sale agreements between users and is not the owner of the properties unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Who may use the Platform
The Platform may be used by individuals with full legal capacity who are at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.
3. Account
- you can create an account via “Sign in with Google” or by email;
- you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it;
- you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep it current;
- report any unauthorized access to your account to privacy@renti.re.
4. User roles
The Platform supports several roles: tenant/buyer, owner, and partner broker. Owners and partners may submit properties for listing; such submissions are moderated by Renti before publication. Renti may reject, edit, or remove a listing that does not comply with these Terms, the Use Policy, or applicable law.
5. Listings and content
- by listing a property, you warrant that you are entitled to offer it for rent or sale and that the information about it is accurate and current;
- you grant Renti a non-exclusive license to use the materials you upload (text, photos) for the operation and promotion of the Platform;
- false, misleading, duplicate, and outdated listings are prohibited.
6. Communication through the Platform
Communication between parties takes place through the Platform’s built-in tools (chat, Telegram bot). You agree not to use the Platform to establish direct contact for the purpose of concluding a transaction outside of Renti where this violates the Platform’s applicable rules. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
7. Fees and payments
Renti’s remuneration and settlement arrangements with partners are governed by separate agreements and regulations. For users looking for housing, use of search and request submission on the Platform is free unless expressly stated otherwise. Any monetary settlements relating to transactions are carried out on terms agreed by the parties and the applicable regulations.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, source code, the “Renti” trademark, and other elements belong to Renti or are used on a lawful basis and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our permission, except as expressly permitted by law.
9. Prohibited conduct
When using the Platform, the actions listed in the Use Policy are prohibited, including fraud, posting illegal content, automated data collection (scraping), spam, and attempts to disrupt the operation or security of the Platform.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Renti does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of information posted by users. Renti is not responsible for the actions of users or for transactions concluded between them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renti is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or other harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
12. Suspension and termination
Renti may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in case of a breach of these Terms, the Use Policy, or the law, as well as where there is a risk to the safety of other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your account.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are subject to the competent court at the controller’s location, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of law.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version is posted on this page with the effective date. By continuing to use the Platform after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
