About the role
You'll set the standard on the floor: onboard new brokers, review their pipelines, and step in on the hard negotiations — while still closing your own deals. You earn on your personal deals plus an override on your team's closed volume.
What you'll do
- Onboard, mentor and review a team of 3–6 brokers
- Own team conversion and closed-deal targets
- Carry a personal pipeline of priority deals
- Feed product and process gaps back to the Renti team
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in real estate, sales or a comparable client-facing role
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Fluent Russian; English or Georgian a plus
- Data-driven, comfortable owning targets in a CRM
