About the role
You're the operational backbone between demand, supply and the brokers. You triage inbound requests, assign and follow up, watch the pipeline for stuck deals, and keep response times tight. You'll also help shape the processes the team runs on.
What you'll do
- Triage and route inbound tenant and owner requests
- Monitor the pipeline and chase stuck or aging deals
- Coordinate scheduling between brokers, owners and content
- Track operational metrics and report on response times
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in operations, support, sales or coordination
- Highly organized; thrives on follow-through
- Fluent Russian; English a plus
- Comfortable living in tools, CRMs and spreadsheets
