About the role
As an in-house broker you work the demand and supply that Renti generates — no cold calling for listings, no fighting over duplicated ads. You get a CRM, a steady stream of qualified leads, structured property data, and a transparent commission. Your job is to match people to homes and close deals fast.
What you'll do
- Work assigned tenant requests and owner leads through the Renti pipeline
- Run viewings, advise clients, and negotiate terms between owners and tenants
- Keep listing and deal data accurate and up to date in the CRM
- Hit monthly closed-deal targets with the platform's support
What we're looking for
- Fluent Russian; conversational English or Georgian a strong plus
- Comfortable with smartphones, web apps and a CRM
- Strong communication and a service mindset
- Based in (or ready to relocate to) Tbilisi or Batumi
Nice to have
- Prior real-estate or sales experience
- Driver's license
